About ten years I think. And its been great fun ! I remember having awful trouble with step one. I did every single one of the four parts wrong
I was largely sugar free anyway at the time so thought I'd really just have to add step four in It really was about so much more than sugar for me though, and like Jo Ellen said, there was something in each step... many things..... that I needed for balance. So I love them all
And step three also was a bother. I kept introducing struggle for myself. I learned eventually to give up and just do it which worked so much better. Those learnings stand me in good stead to this day, you know, it was so worth it
I loved your idea of committing to seven days. One of my biggest challenges has been movement. I just hated engaging with it ! I felt in step seven I could perhaps choose to do seven posts about it in seven days. Started off on the forum and it sort of gave me the energy to proceed..... so I went off to the movement list and posted a 60 in 60..... and nowadays I walk an hour a day and also go swimming. with enjoyment rather than resentment
So I applaud that idea of yours
