Yup, here again

Well, I keep coming back.

I'm older and fatter, and slower and I didn't find the "quicker" answer out there in diet-land. What blows my mind is I keep thinking I will.

So, back to step one.
I've been working on it for a few weeks, and it is definitely not a slam-dunk for me, especially with timing and enough protein.

But this morning I got company and breakfast was delayed 2 hours. Boy, did I miss it! I could definitely tell the difference.
I hate saying "I'm back!" againit's been so oftenand then I go off again to try my own thing.
But I know the steadiness I had those many years ago, so yes, I'm "back".
