Hi Rachel,

Glad you found us. Of course there is light at the end of the tunnel...Actually there is healing.

But let's start with a couple of things. Can you get your blood sugar checked so we can exclude
that you are prediabetic.

My suggestion is that you ONLY work on breakfast at this point. If you try to manage the *sugar* it is going to derail you and have you be thinking about the sugar stuff.

After you get breakfast settled, then you can journal and we can help you sort some of this out. But just breakfast for now. Come report back after you ger your blood sugar checked and let us know.
