Re: Not quite according to plan

I went on a trip like that back in 2002 or 2003. It was a bus tour in Scotland. We were served full breakfasts every morning, and I would grab cheese and apples and put them in my back pack for later. I had almonds, and I also bought oat cakes, which I couldn't get where I lived. I bought extra to take home with me, too.

Whenever I'm in any kind of training, the lunch is always later than I am used to, so I always bring a snack to eat mid-morning.
