Welcome, Tammy!

I've been on step one for a while, but I've been journaling on and off most of that time though too. I started out with plain school notebooks, then ordered the Radiant journal (black cover, makes me feel like a spy).

When I formally begin step two I will be more thorough, but for now I don't force myself. I just tell myself "hmm what can I learn from this" and even doing the journal imperfectly has given me some good insights. I think it might grow on you with practice.
