sweet memories..I wish myself and my kids had had a Grandma and those sweet memories..helpful to remember that sugar helped to cut the pain and then became the pain..whew..hankerchief in the mangle! that's an old one! I do know my poor mom had several years of diapers that had to be put through a mangle of sorts in that old fashioned washer-what an ordeal!

Wasn't able to find the gram flour today,will have to look at Whole Foods.Going to make a chicken mulligatawny with curry powder today,perfect way to embrace the Fall days that have finally arrived,with clean air..(from California wildfires)
