Re: Breakfast. What DID it actually do for me ?

Mosaic, this made me laugh so much! I feel very encouraged knowing you've been there first. You have a way with words that makes me smile. :h6)

I've since gotten pretty steady with breakfast. Finding foods I love sure has helped! I can't say for certain, but I *feel* like it's going to stick a while since the "instability is fun" has been replaced by "bacon and eggs are fun", well perhaps I shouldn't dwell on this too long, just in case that wild child comes back and laughs at me, lol.

I was watching The Secret Garden the other day and that horrid little kid who thinks everything makes him sick, yet finds the energy for tantrums and bossing people around and throwing things... it reminded me of how I get when my food is off..... turns out he's not a bad kid at all, just needed some fresh air and exercise and I feel the same way about me and breakfast. :h20)
