welcome Sara!
well you got all of us now :h11) For every single thing I ever posted about there has always been someone who knows and supports me ( even when I noted my feet were too sensitive and so I wear my socks inside out to avoid the seams :h6) )

I did try to think of everything at once and eventually found it wasn't the best way, I ended up revisiting everything over again. So to just look at the one single thing is ok for now, you don't have to worry about the detaching

I didn't think there were things I would ever let go of. Caffeine for instance, which was affecting me a lot, I was intending to keep forever . I had given it up for six months at a time and just couldn't do without it, always returned. I was astonished in step six when I kind of didn't fancy it at all and found it a bit unnatractive. So no detaching, that one did itself without any effort at all. I'm still amazed and I think that's 10, 11 years.
