Is anxiety and depression inherited?I have it and some my grandsons have it One of them had depression 5 years ago but now his brother is clinical depressed and I am so scared for him.But looking back they and I seem to act like my dad did. Their grandpa so I think we got it from him.My grandson is in therapy but I wish they would get him on the PNP diet. I seem to always come here when I'm worried.Thanks,Di
