not me. Though I have seen many people lose weight through the steps.

I gained weight till the end of step three, then got really steady weight wise. It was a bit of a revelation really and I don't regret it at all because I learnt such a lot.

one of the best things I learnt was that steady step three weight. It had never happened to me before, ever, I just did a yo yo all my life. But you could say I learnt how to maintain during this time, how to steady. Which means that my stable weight now, just where I want to be, is a breeze., as I have discovered just what me and my body thrive on .Step seven is where I started a weight focus after some while of relaxing and just enjoying the steady. It was still very important to me, as had been a life quest

I wanted so much to lose weight at step one. It distracted me a bit from the step. Perhaps it taught me , acceptance of myself I don't know. Certainly a different focus. But getting the attention on the step instead was helpful.........so, post step one, chat step one, exchange ideas, say what works well for you, which of the four parts are easy, which of the four is a challenge - you get the idea :h11)

I can recommend YLD. This is where I learnt that weight loss work and balancing starts at step one. I didn't think it was doing anything at the time, but in retrospect, see the cogs of step one working :h10)
