that sounds a busy life. Love hearing about crafts. Ive never done quilting but I love making things for presents. I'm even more sure now that my food right wakes up my craft skills ( and I actually get things finished these days instead of the 101 bits in the bottom of the wardrobe )

have you found a breakfast that suits you well? Its a great start to letting go of that struggle. I couldn't see it at first but looking back, it was a great balance for me

I used to eat all sorts of stuff I didn't like because the diet said so but it is a great pleasure of life now to reconnect with delicious and fulfilling instead

I like savoury things for breakfast, but for a long time I did appreciate the convenience of shake. hows about you?
