Hi Marcy - yesterday I had a green smoothie with oats and some peanut butter. I'm waiting for my protein powder to come! Today I had oatmeal with peanut butter, carob powder, a banana and walnuts. Made with almond milk. I am vegetarian, but have asked to join the vegetarian group. I am eating within one hour which is a big change for me. I used to eat right before I left for work, meaning I fed all my pets and outside critters, did my walk, got my shower, and then ate. So this is an adjustment but seems to be going ok.
