The party was fun. I had a small snack - protein and carb - at around 4:30 PM because I knew the 6 o'clock start time would be too late for my schedule. And I had to ask for my meat without gravy because I'm gluten free. So they offered me also a baked potato as the latkes have flour mixed in. Then I was able to substitute fruit for the dessert. Nice conversation with friendly people and good food - all in all a very nice evening.
