At our house it will be smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and pancakes
one of my daughters signature dishes, American pancakes as opposed to the English ones

I will choose some roast gammon with a maille mustard and clove glaze ( cooking that today) as I don't care for salmon. I only ever do this gammon at Christmas and like a big one so there are leftover cold slices all through

there is Christmas tea as well ! it has clove and cinnamon in it by the scent of it. This will be served in teacups from christmasses past

we usually dine in the dining room at the table but by special dispensation, Christmas day breakfast is in the sitting room, under the fairy lights and in jim jams and onesies
