yes our house is quiet after a weeks worth.
we haven't walked for over a week and it is amazing how quickly sloth has overtaken me. We've looked on it as being on holiday which is ridiculous because when we are on actual holiday we walk many miles in a day !

I'm missing it. I cant be bothered going for a walk at all, and I am struck by this idea of ingrained habits.... my food is pretty much automatic all the time, I don't need to "Work" at that much........... but movement/exercise, which may be a bit of a 'weak spot' ...... no, lets say its an attention spot ..... that doesn't take long to melt away from my radar

the weather is awful, but that's ok, we have rain gear and so it doesn't stop us... I'm writing a walk in my journal/planner , this doesn't fill me with joy but it will, when I do
