Well done!
We must remember what works.
Yes it is so easy to neglect our good habits when routines are changed .These past days have been quite a challenge when it came to timing meals and fitting in my stretch and thinking time.
Almost ate a cookie because it was broken - then told myself - no, that is an old habit that did not work well at all.
Happy New Year to faithful Dr K and especially to those just beginning the steps here to better health. .
