I am definitely going to do a white sauce/ mushroom version ! that will be ideal and that little bit different

DD is very wimpy when it comes to chilli so I will just get some ordinary fat red ones from my local indian grocer, they are pretty mild

I am also very taken with the idea of using the tortilla a bit like lasagne sheets. Because I haven't one dish that will fit in all the rolled version that I want.

I always do extra for freezing for packed lunch later

this will go in my next week menu for sure
