Breakfast Timing Question

Hey everyone!

I was just wondering something. Let's say you normally wake up at 7:00 and eat breakfast at 7:30. What do you do if you wake up at 5:00 for no good reason but would really like to still be sleeping until 7:00? Normally I would try to go back to sleep, but sometimes that just doesn't happen. So, does that mean I would need to eat breakfast by 6:00, or is it okay to stay in bed longer and wait until my usual breakfast time?
