DH still in the hospital - waiting for doctor to tell him he can leave. But he's still pretty weak. I've been planning my days around visits to him, and planning lunches around those visits. Tuna salad yesterday, left-over scrambled eggs today. Maybe I'll just alternate those 2 menus!
