F is for Frame

*a nice day at work

That the above is a joydot is, in part, due to how I frame and / or re-frame the world around me.
I learned the importance of framing and re-framing while doing the steps.
For instance, I usually go to work after lunch on Friday but today I went in early
so my coworker could have a day off. As a result I didn't get this post written early in
the day which is better timing for me.

I re-framed that to I got to have lots of time to think about what I would write about.
(and this is what I came up with??? :h3) )

Learning to frame a task or learning in a positive way makes doing the steps easier, too.
Learning to take a mistake or stumble and re-frame to a learning experience feels much
better than beating myself up.

This is one of the ways the cadre of judge-y voices gets quieted down.First I learned to re-frame
the bleak, negative way I reacted to situations (both good & bad). I still do re-framing but now
I can also frame a situation in a positive light ahead of time.

I used to be a very pessimistic person. Now, not so much :h11)
