*quiet green morning after the rain

When I found Radiant Recovery I thought I'd change what I ate, stop and maybe be less crazed without sugar. But as with most things there are opportunities to be had if one is open to them. We learn to follow directions and trust the knowledge of someone who is an expert. Then along the way, we learn to trust ourselves and our own knowing. We find opportunities to stop being so self-focused and help others.

What we get and give here spreads to regular life opportunities, too. Jobs, relationships, dreams all expand. It's quite remarkable.
