Introduction to Radiant Cooking - a lively group to gain confidence in preparing program friendly meals. You will learn how to use the kitchen, how to cook and have a lot of fun here. Even if you don’t know how to boil an egg, you will feel welcomed and supported.


Radiant Food On A Budget - a specialized support list for people wanting to do the Radiant Recovery® program but have limited funds. This list builds a *no shame* approach to problem solving. It is a safe place where people don’t feel like crawling under a rock in sharing hardship situations. It is a food stamps rock! zone. Come join us to learn creative solutions.


RadiantCreativeCooking – this is the gathering of skilled cooks who don’t care about cookbooks and want to try out new ideas, new techniques and learn from one another. If you are excited in the kitchen you will love this group.


Radiant Wheat /Gluten Free - Conversations to help you sort out whether wheat and/or gluten might be a factor for your recovery. Come learn how to make really delicious choices that are without wheat or gluten.


Radiant Vegetarians – Learn how to adapt the seven steps of Radiant Recovery® in a vegetarian lifestyle. Meet skills members who can guide you through the ins and outs of doing the food as a vegetarian.
