Here's the basic recipe for George's Shake.
- 2 cups of cold *milk* - use regular milk, soymilk or oatmilk. Most of us like
oatmilk best. It has a slightly sweet taste and is incredibly healthy. It will not
prime you.
- 1/4 cup juice. Pick the flavor you love most.
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup shake mix depending on whether you like a thick or thin shake.
Adjust it to the taste you like.
Mix in a blender for at least 30 seconds.
