I need to play with snacks to see what works well for me. I am a blood sugar baby so I am not sure if I will ever get a way with not having a snack. But I am okay with that because it makes me feel better. And it teaches me that food is our friend and eating is just part of life. I used to go 24 hours with out food. The high of not eating and low blood sugar was my drug.
I used to like almonds and ate them all the time for my snacks but all of the sudden they cause issues (AKA gassiness).
I have been doing pistachios lately. I need to figure out how to get in the protein and brown. I usually only end up doing protein.
