More of what foods?

Now I want to add in a few extra foods to maintain my current weight level.
I knew how to pack on pounds quickly when I was still eating sugar, salty chips and mounds of pasta.
I may try more beans .Before this program I ate hardly any and still don't eat many except for refried beans with Mexican food or a bean salad at a potluck meal.
I hope my journal entries will give me the answers. It is fun to now design different meals.
