Lisa, what many people do is just post about the step they are on. So if you don't know what to say, you could tell us about your breakfast.
Mine today was protein shake with strawberries, peaches and kale. I put rolled oats in the shake for my brown. I only started putting greens in my shake in the last couple of months.
