Okay, I had a sandwich with turkey, cheese, mayo on whole wheat bread (half within an hour of waking up, then exercised, then the other half). I've been having that for breakfast and lunch b/c it's easy for me to make (don't have to think about it), fills me up, enough protein, but I'll probably get sick of them eventually! I just looked into George's shakes and they sounded kind of good. I think I'm gearing up to try them! Thanks for posting,
