Breakfast in August

Hi all,
I gotta say my half-prepared shake looks really "interesting" after sitting in the fridge all night :h3) Good thing it's tasty after all is said and done.

August 21 breakfast: shake
*pre-prepped: yes
*enough protein: protein powder, peanut butter
*brown: 1/2 cup oats
*green: 2/3 cup steamed kale
*w/i hour: up 6:30, shake 7:15
*everyday: 20/21

Tomorrow's shake is in the fridge getting interesting.
