Thank you for this comment! I know, I mean being a girl, it's hard NOT to worry about the typical body image or oh, crap i will gain weight / don't want to gain weight...but i think most important is, I just want to break the cycle of not eating in the morning, and eating nothing but high sugar, processed foods and ending with over-eating junk food at night.

I know it's terrible and so silly but breakfast is such a hurdle for me. =( even my 'lunches' are not very healthy right now...

I had to forgo any idea of shortcuts
: and hurrying, then keep my own
: pace and move gradually into a
