Dear mosaic,

I tore up all my old journals too, and did what my mom does - mashed them all in water, and made squeeze-balls of the mache, before tossing them. We aren't allowed fires...

Well, let me tell you, I had a whole 1/4 bathtub full of paper even before the water was added! lol

That was about 2 yrs ago now. I remember well the sore thumbs though! your post made me smile, thinking of 'hoarder'.
