Part of step one for me was learning to listen and accepting that someone might know more about this then me. :h3)

I didn't try to go through the steps fast because I was coming out a very restrictive program where you do all of the steps of this program and more in one fell swoop. It didn't work. :s7(

I think step one is a great place to be and the step one list is very fun. :h4)
