Doing the radiant recovery program has helped my body to be and look less bloated and puffy. My skin also got a lot healthier and I discovered that all of the sudden I had stopped wearing makeup! :h11)

My idea for you would be to commit to doing the program as it is laid out in Kathleen's book Potatoes Not Prozac.

The first step is breakfast and the four parts to it. I like your breakfast but it would probably only work as a snack for me because I need more protein!

Are you familiar with the four parts to breakfast?
