Leigh I think your ability to listen to what your body is saying about breakfast is very admirable :h2) :h2) and also your willingness to explore step 1 list and exchange ideas :h2) :h2) :h2)

I started off feeling hungry with breakfast and plodded on doing the same old thing waiting for some magical thing to happen :h6) So your approach is very reinforcing for me!

sweet potato skin is as you wish, I like it, some do not, up to your tastebuds. I like skin on, olive oil, maldon sea salt and a lot of black pepper :h10)
