Leigh I think your ability to listen to what your body is saying about breakfast is very admirable
and also your willingness to explore step 1 list and exchange ideas
I started off feeling hungry with breakfast and plodded on doing the same old thing waiting for some magical thing to happen So your approach is very reinforcing for me!
sweet potato skin is as you wish, I like it, some do not, up to your tastebuds. I like skin on, olive oil, maldon sea salt and a lot of black pepper
