What do you love about doing the food?
Hi all!
I've been thinking about how my life has changed since doing the food and thought I'd share a few of the things that came up here...
- I no longer binge
- I am no longer depressed
- i no longer have crazy mood-swings
- I am following my dreams
- I can eat just 3 meals a day
- 'Procrastinator' has turned into 'proactive'
- My house is almost tidy!
- I have started working for myself
- I have self-esteem
- I am developing a can-do attitude
- I'm happy to travel on my own
- I listen more
- I am finding my voice
- I realise that I do have choices in my life, that I am not a victim
...to name but a few!
What things have changed in your life since you began doing the food?
