Hi:
I think I would be feel bloated and perhaps nauseous if I didn't eat enough protein for my body at each meal. For me it takes 30 gms. In the morning I have shake with protein powder, banana and oatmeal. For lunch I usually have either meat or cottage cheese, a brown, a vegie, + a little fruit. With this regimen and of course supper added in there, my body sings.
