The classes and the step lists are very helpful and supportive. Step 3 has a lot in it, and if you can break it down into more manageable pieces, it may not feel as overwhelming. For example, dinner was an easy meal for me, so I focused on dinner before lunch. And then you can even break each meal into pieces...like enough protein first, then add in a complex carb, etc.
