I'm on Step Three, and I feel much more capable. I don't lay around putting stuff off because it is all too overwhelming. I accomplish at least a few things every day, and mostly enjoy them. I have more time, because I am not stopping to snack every few hours. I am learning to feel proud of what I DID do instead of beating myself up for what I didn't. I am eating a little less sugar, and really not missing it. And I have even lost a pound or two, which I wasn't expecting.
