Hi Cheryl. What I found helpful in moving to step 3 was breaking it down. I focused on lunch first - not eating anything between breakfast and lunch, and when lunchtime came, making sure I had a satisfying, protein based lunch. I also have a little dessert afterwards - we can do that in the early steps, and I think it makes them easier. For the rest of the day, I just did my usual, which involved a lot of snacking and a not always sensible dinner.

Then after some time I got rid of afternoon snacks and focused on dinner. And I kept a light bedtime snack in - I don't sleep well without it.

What works might be different for you, but tackling it in parts (like we do with breakfast) could be helpful. Also you could join the step 3 group.
