Hi Cheryl: :h24)

I sure did not have step 2 perfected before going on to step 3. :h3) I had worked on it for about a month and felt I really needed to learn what step 3 had to teach me.

I am very glad I moved to step 3. I joined the step 3 list and got gobs of help with every thing I needed to learn. :h5) I needed to learn to plan, how to cook, organize my kitchen, to freeze things i.e. what freezes well and what doesn't. I needed to learn that I need a planned snack at night. I got sooo much help with all these areas. :h11) Not everybody needs the same kind of help or progresses through step 3 the same, but there is always someone who has great advice for us with what we are working on. :h26)

The Step 3 list has many great helps in their files, even a time line for nanos (tiny steps toward the goal). :h10)

On step 3, I finally felt good and steady for the very first time in my life and it was a huge miracle for me. :h1)

I have taken many of Kathleen's classes and all of the classes have been very helpful, but in particular the step classes are the meat and potatoes :h6) of the program.
