Hi Copper,

great question.

Soy lethicin is something that is used to improve the soluability of *hydrophilic powders* such as low fat powers. They spray it on whey protein isolate to make it *mix* in liquid. The amount in an actual serving is tiny, tiny. And legally, manufacturers are not required to declare it. I decided that since it was there, I would be transparent and let people know that it was. I did have Restore tested for isoflavones which are what create an estrogenic effect. And the indepedent lab came back with zero isoflavones...So I am fully confident that it is totally fine.
