Hi Craig,

I use V-8 juice because I like it, especially with an egg-based breakfast.

I also sometimes mix it with an equal amount of milk (I've used all kinds of milk at various times) and it makes a quick mug of tomato-type soup to have with a sandwich. Kind of comfort food for me.
