Hi Lucy
Do you know how to figure out how much protein you need for breakfast? And are you eating it within an hour of getting up? It might be good to review the 4 parts of breakfast before you move on. A good breakfast makes the whole day go better.

The 4 parts are:
enough protein for your weight
a complex carb
within an hour of getting up
every day
