It sounds like you are going at the right pace for you. If it changes and you start getting confused just stay where you are at that particular time, for example, if you manage to get two meals a day right and then go on to try and do three and it feels too much, go back to the two meals until you no longer feel confused.That sort of thing.
I eat on the 5 hours mark, never more than 5 and a half. 5 is what is right for me, and most people here I think.
