That's the one I use. The last time I made it, I was in a hurry because we were getting ready to go away for a long weekend, and I didn't have any baked sweet potato. So I used canned pumpkin. It's not as sweet as it is made with yams, so I think next time I would add a jar of banana baby food, but pumpkin is very nutritious and it is a fast alternative. One of those big cans of pumpkin is just the right amount. I also added chopped walnuts.
