No, I haven't posted more than what I said here.
Basically, I just cooked 3 recipes that had 4-6 (or more) servings which gave me 20 servings (dinner Saturday bean & pasta soup w/sausage, lunch Sunday pork chops and rice, dinner Sunday fish and roasted potatoes). When I put the "leftovers" away I packed them in lunch containers for both DH and me. Some went into the fridge and some went into the freezer.
I made hard boiled eggs (though the chickens have been under producing lately so I'll have to cook more eggs tomorrow night ). And last weekend I made a huge batch of waffles. Throw in veggies--either prepared from the produce section or frozen and I'm all set.
