: taxi driver take us down to SOHO

: *Going into Dean and Delucca which is
: a deli on steriods...incredible
: smells, spice, cheese, coffee,
: bread. I got a black tee-shirt
: that says Dean and Delucca on it
: that I will wear in New Mexico and
: smile at where it came from.

: *walking around in SOHO and going
: into the Scholastic bookstore for
: children, seeing Harry Potter and
: The Hunger Games and the Red Dog
: saying it is good to be BIG! The
: whole place just made me smile.

: *Going down to the sacred space at
: Ground Zero...what an experience
: that was...the memorial is simply
: breathtaking. No words for this
: one...just the feeling of honoring
: the place.

: my legs were tired from all that
: walking..New York City is a city
: to walk in, a wonderful city. I
: love New York and am happy to be

Wonderful to hear the joys of being in NYC. It has been a long time since I was there. Sometime I will go again and visit the memorial. I have a picture of me on the top of the world trade center taken in 1980. So much has changed....
