rediscovering recipes

I am lately rediscovering how I used to like cooking. Specially like today, I saw in a magazine a recipe I liked and then I got to decide how to make it programme friendly.

the dish was leeks sauteed and mixed with philadelphia cheese, on top of cod, then wrapped in filo pastry and baked. I am going to do the original for DH, and I am going to have a version with cod and leeks on top, its not going to be as flash but I expect it will be tasty. Currently dairy free it means no philly cheese for me but I find that I am not feeling down about that :h4)

its a joy dot to be able to sort through a magazine and pick what works and pass by the rest
