Well, my absolute favorite containers are the rectangular glass pyrex, but they do not seal all that great and leak if your lunch doesn't stay level. There are glass containers that have locking lids that are airtight, but I had already assembled my collection (buying one or two a payday until I have enough for the whole week). I like these because they can go in the oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and they look nice. I use small containers or silicone baking cups to separate my food when I use these.

Now having said this, there are other options that are great, too. I use the ziploc or glad containers that are cheap, so if DH leaves one in the car for a week I don't feel bad throwing it away. LOL I got some divided ziploc containers from Amazon and those are fun to pack my lunch in. I have a container wish list on Amazon. I like to window shop. :h6)

I've also gotten really cheap containers from the dollar store. I like to mix and match and so a little $$ goes a long way shopping there.

I am definitely a gear gal. While it's not really critical what my lunch gets put in, the right gear makes it fun to eat.
