Hi Lucy:

You are talking to the former DC (diet coke) queen! :h11) I found that using artificial sugars instead of cane sugar was actually more injurious to my mental and emotional stability. :s4( If I drink DC I get very cranky, irritable and wacko. :s2( It is not the caffeine, though if I have too much caffeine the same thing can happen. :s6( If I want the sugar taste, I eat fruit, sweet potatoes or carrots. :h6)
