Hi Carey,
I've just had a look at this for ideas/suggestions for preparing protein shakes:

It mentions the scoop and says:

"The scoop holds 15 grams of protein up to the line and 20 grams to the top."

The new Restore has a smaller scoop with no line and according to the info on the container, it holds 16 grams of protein.
